ginger grater
I was looking for a ceramic grater as this was what was recommended for grating ginger. I seems sharp like the standard grater but it also has a nice tilt spout for pouring out the juice. Two for the price of one. I would recommend this grater.
I love this grater
I use lot of ginger in cooking particularly like to use grated ginger in pork mince. I normally use cheese grater but it is such a waste because most of the grated ginger stack to the grater. After tried to use this grater in a friend house, I cannot wait to have one myself. It is easy to use and no wastage, because a few drop of water can clean up the ginger mince in the try and use it. The grated ginger product best result to use in the mince. Every one enjoy cooking should have this. I was thinking to buy as gift for friend and relatives so that they can enjoy it too, but I think the price is a bit too expensive. It is a small piece ceramic
