i am so disappointed with this product i don't even know where to begin except to tell you it is already in the bin. i didn't even get to use it once before it broke. the very first tin i tried to open i got three turns of the handle round and it sheared off in my hand. cheap worthless tat

Solid and effective
It arrived with 1 arm bent slightly out of position but this was easily rectified. It feels solid and does the job though I do find it slips off cans sometimes.
I had an almost identical model from ASDA which lasted a few year so expect much the same again.

DISAPOINTMENT
As a cake decorator I found this product most disapointing, it would not peel off
as stated so tried to warm it up as directed on instructions with hair dryer
This did help a bit but still broke when peeling of and attaching to plaque. I had do do running repairs which caused no end of trouble and had to ice the name on the cake myself and i think if i had not been able to do this the little girl
i did this for would be very disapointed. I would not recommend this to fellow cake decorators

came in speedy time,went down a treat with all the kids little bit hard to peel off but well worth seeing all the wee faces when it was on the cake followed instructions which really helped!!!

picture a little pixilated, but son loved it.
The cake topper arrived quite quickly with instructions to leave it in the packaging until needed. It lasts quite a while if not opened (a few months, I think). I was texted very detailed instructions on how to apply it to the cake and it even gave different details for different cake toppings. It was actually quite simple to do and the final result was loved by my two year old. I do think it's a very good idea.
However, the picture seems to be just a copy of a photo that has been blown up bigger and transferred to icing. The picture is a little pixilated and I was a little disappointed that it wasn't clearer. Saying that, it's the only one I've found on the internet so would have had to get this one anyway.

Lovely pie plate!
I ordered this back in November to make a pumpkin pie for thanksgiving. As an American living in the UK, I was finding it impossible to locate a proper glass pie plate in the stores so I thought I would give this one a go. I am so pleased I did because not only is it much cheaper than the more common ceramic pie dishes, it works way better for dessert pies (I also have a ceramic pie dish and have used both for pumpkin pie). I did not expect much for the price, but I was very pleasently surprised. The oven tray is made of quite heavy material, not flimsy, and it does not buckle when heated. It looks and feels much more expensive than it is, and is very easy to clean.
Because it is the same size as the oven shelf, I have also used it as a drip tray when I had a casserole on the shelf above, although I did line the tray with greaseproof paper, so as not to spoil it.
I am very pleased indeed with this purchase, and would thoroughly recommend it.

I needed to replace some bread tins and although it is a little 'femma' now I have got used to it find it ideal.

It has saved me having to buy various sizes of bread tins and once I thought to 'jam' the size rigid with old kitchen weights to stop the size increasing on the tray. perfect for the task. I just adjust it to fit the bread tin liners I intend to use for the recipe, use the weights to retain the size, baking either 1 or 2 cakes at a time. I have also bought the 4 section similar tin as I was so pleased at it versatility of this one.
