I have two of these and while they work fine if you grease and flour tins. I , use approx 550 - 600 g of a milk dough made with strong white bread flour. However, the clasps on mine no longer clamp the tins shut properlyand I have to tie them up with string. I wonder if anyone else has had this experience?

really pleased with this product. No recipe included with it but trial and error have shown that 350g of dough is about right to get a really good result. I've used the tin to make a soudough and a milk loaf and both were fantastic.

After reading the reviews about this loaf tin i ordered one. duly arrived in Amazon condition.i.e. quickly and well packaged.i read that 2/3 people had problems with the quantities to make the loaf,I tried 400 grms. of flour first...just too much as the dough leaked out ( forced out due to dough rising),I then tried 350 grms.of bread flour.this is just about right.all in all a very good product and quite heavy in stature so it belies the picture on the advert.I am ordering another one so i can make two at a time.one for the freezer.this is a good buy..so i would say "go for it" Ernie Dixon..Sunderland.
