I mainly use mine for little Sunday Yorkshires, they have never stuck to tray and cook a little quicker. I also have loaf tins and baking sheets. Baking sheets don't warp like many others I've had, loaf tins are great I line mine with paper loaf cases but the thickness of the tin stops cake burning around edges before cake cooked in middle. They wash very easily and mine haven't turned black. I'm slowly building my collection of silverwood as believe your money can't buy better..

Butter before putting the pastry in and your tarts will come out easily, conducts heat well, oven can be set to a lower temperature, hand wash and your tart tray will last you a life time. Love it.
