Bought this to display a racing helmet on in an acrylic case. The helmet and case didnt weigh much, however after the stand had been assembled with them on, I noticed a slight wobble when trying to rotate the stand. I disassembled the stand again and noticed that there was a slight gap between the underside of the metal central piece attached to the glass, and the ball bearings in their plastic holder that allow for the free rotation.
Fortunately the rotating function wasnt too necessary for my application so I was able to remove the bearings and insert a plastic ring I made to give support.
Otherwise this is a nice glass stand for displaying things if you can overlook the slight wobble when rotating it.
