This is a great looking mixing bowl of a really good size, ideal when you need to mix a larger quantity but without the added weight of the biggest size bowl.
They are great value against some of the more well-known brands, i bought 3 different sizes for less than the average price of a large Mason Cash bowl.
My only tip would be to thoroughly check the bowls for damage by running your fingernail around it. The 2 litre bowl arrived with a hairline crack which wasn't noticeable until i gave them all a quick wash - a dark line appeared where the moisture absorbed into it. The bowls were so well packaged it could have only been damaged before dispatch.
Overall they are great bowls, they are quite weighty and i love the flat side which i think will come in handy!
Old fashioned quality.
I don't know why but using a proper old fashioned mixing bowl is so much more satisfying than the plastic ones. This one is such great value for money.
Resistant and useful
What can I say: my grandmother has her own one. My mother too. Now it's my time to have the mixing bowl! I really love baking cakes. This bowl is big enough to prepare the mixture for 2 cake tins. Really useful and very resistant, almost unbreakable (don't drop it on the floor)!
