Nice size, (I would guess up to 6 food portions) and very easy to hand clean/wash. Having had anodised cookware before, it is a very hardwearing finish, although would mention that with this dish/pan, to completely remove light serving spoon marks on the finish, a proper anodised cleaner product seems necessary to make the item look like 'new' again. That is being very critical though and why 4 stars instead of 5. All in all, I'm glad I bought it.

I have a large, very heavy ceramic dish that I've been using to make lasagne; and truly, it does this very well, and is reasonably easy to clean; but oh, it is so heavy, and hard to manoeuvre out of my cramped oven without either getting burned or dropping it.
