Easy roasting with this tin
We bought this for Christmas and have found it so much easier to roast joints. The outside is as nonstick as the inside and cleaning is no problem. The tray makes lifting the joint out a much simpler task - and safer: less risk of fat on the floor. The handles fold into the tin so storage is not a problem. I just wish we'd bought one years ago.
Disappointing Purchase
Having read the previous reviews on this item I decided to purchase this roasting tin based on the good reports. The item arrived with Amazon's usual good timing. The goods were delivered at the beginning of May and at first I was delighted with my purchase. However, by mid-June, the non stick coating has started to come off, in places it is beginning to 'bubble' which means that more will will be coming off shortly and I will be forced to purchase a new tin within the next few weeks.
I have carefully checked the insructions for use that came with the goods to make sure I have followed the guidelines but I appear to have used the goods correctly within all the temperature limits etc. that are quoted.
Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with this item, especially as a previous tin I bought from Ikea for
