As previously commented (bought three of these in one purchase) sorry I didn't listen to the people who gave bad feedback. These are terrible. Crack after a few uses. They are so tricky to use, icing sticks and it shouldn't take that amount of messing about to get a decent finish. Never again.

The carrot indentation were very smal and fiddly and the sugar paste was very hard to remove. In the end I made hand rolled sugar paste carrots and haven't used this mould since.
