I assumed these hearts were the standard 10 cm heart ramekins - but they are not. My assumption is partly, not wholly, my fault:
The size is not mentioned in the main product description. These hearts actually measure 7 cm at the widest point (internal dia). This may not appear much smaller but it makes a huge difference to the capacity. The standard lidded ramekins hold 0.3L but these hold only 0.1L. While the word 'mini' is mentioned in the main description, it does not state the capacity or size. If you are familiar - or even unfamiliar - with Le Creuset ramekins you could easily, like me, assume they are the larger size but simply sold in sets of three (they're also available in sets of two) as a Valentine boxed 'special'.
