This product ticks all the boxes!!! These tins are affordable, VERY good quality, there are 36 of them (in fact I got 37 ;-)) and they are very easy to handle. I was worried at first they'd be a fiddle to wash but they're fine, so long as you use them for shortcrust pastry anyway (it doesn't stick as much as many other recipes).

I used melted butter and a pastry brush to grease them and just my thumbs to push the pastry in, then cut off the excess. Don't forget the beans! I wrapped up some barley in tin foil to make it quicker to handle.

I bought this tartlet tin set for a birthday present for my Dad, so I took the time to look at what was available on the market. This product looked the best and was one of the cheapest. I was so pleased when it arrived, the set was perfect, with great shaped tins in six different designs with good fluted edges. My Dad also thought they were all great and was baking egg custard tarts in the triangle tins 2 hours after he opened them. He said he didn't even need to grease the tins and they washed really easily. I would absolutely buy these tins again, I have spent a fortune in the past going to professional cake shops for tartlet tins that rust after a year.
