They have a very high quality feel and the non-stick surface has been great so far after 4 bakes. The quality seems on par with some Denby baking trays that I recently purchased. It is very easy to clean - much easier than the 6 cup muffin tin. We've made mini pies, Portuguese custard tarts (pasteis de nata) and cupcakes in them, and they worked a treat. No more leftover pastry or dough.
On the downside, they are a little smaller than the muffin tin and slightly shallower but the standard paper cupcake liners do fit in the tins. So all in all, a great buy!
