I followed the recipe that was included and I found no problems, the only thing I changed about the recipe was that I rolled the mixture by hand into balls and placed on the (lightly greased) baking tray, rather than rolling the biscuits in flour on a worktop, I then firmly pressed the cookie stamp onto each one dipping the stamp gently in flour approx. every second cookie. The mix made 22 biscuits and I found the stamp just the right size.

I usually make biscuits this way as I find it so much easier than trying to roll out and lift onto a baking tray, especially if using this item, as the writing otherwise just ends up distorted and not very neat looking.

Don't leave above a couple of minutes on the tray after baking as they will stick and end up crumbling into pieces (metal fish slice/wide spatula best for this job.)

As for washing it I didn't have a problem either, I removed the silicone bit and washed by hand and just wiped the wood handle so as...
