I received these pans (I bought 2) I read the reviews, a few little scratches wouldn't have bothered me as long as the did the job right, well there were maybe very minor surfaces scratches but it is to be expected considering its bent metal and besides I cooking with it not looking at it.
So last night did my first bake in these pans and I must say I am now a happy person, I've tried loaf tins without a lid and I used to get domed loaves very soft but very hard to cut, and then I tried the loaf pan and putting a tray and brick to weigh it down and it worked to an extent but most times I got a loaf high on one side, the brick wasn't quite enough.
Now I have perfect square loaves of bread that look and taste just like the shop bought bread, were we live they don't have anything like the white bread we're used to and it doesn't last more than a day it goes stale quickly. Only complaint is it's a shame the tins weren't slightly larger in height and width but I'd definitely...
