Good tin for home baking, Ok it's not heavey dutey but it does bake evenly. I bake bread once a week at home (can't stand the mass produced crap) and although I have to grease the tin each time it never sticks. I have had the so called non stick tins in the past, but as you know eventually the non - stick stops working, thats something that will never happen to this tin. I also use this tin for making light fruit cakes and madera cakes, which are perfect for picnics as you can slice them up at home and wrap them.
I think that it is a good alround tin as long as you treat it with respect.

I was originally looking for bread tins and came across this. Sadly it wasn't deep enough for bread making, but certainly makes for excellant cakes. It is very well made and offers good value for money. I would recommend this product for anyone interested in family baking and is strong enough for commercial use too. It is very good at even heat conduction and ensure the cakes are baked to perfection. It is easy to clean and can be put into the dishwasher without fear of it being damaged. Had it been made from aluminium I would not recommend it going in a dishwasher as the salt content of the tablets can cause erosion in a very short time.
