misleading
i recently got some mini star cupcake moulds with a baking book i get every 2 weeks at my newsagents and while they were small the were just about passable if making mini cupcakes. i decided to give these a try as i thought they would be more of a solid /compact shape than the star ones i had. i was shocked when they arrived even though i had read the reviews. these are only suitable for making chocolates or sweets as they are about the size of the strawberry creams you get in the boxes of well known chocolates. the manufacturer should not sell/label these as cupcake cases as IMO they are not suitable.
My muffins don't look heart shaped!
These little muffin moulds are dead easy to use, just fill and cook on a baking sheet. You don't need to grease them and the muffins pop out easily. The muffins I've made in them, once out, don't really look heart shaped though. They are easy to wash, but I haven't had success with washing them in the dish washer as they usually invert and come out full of dirty water.
