good quality pan but ......
i have been looking at this pan for a while asking if i needed another pan ( i really dont ) but i thought it was perfect for all the usual slices and bakes i make . i eventually ordered 2 of these pans (i want but dont need) while telling myself that they were going to make evenly sized professional slices. when the pans arrived i was a little disappointed by the dimensions. the pan is strong and well made with a slightly textured/rough non stick which i have experienced in the past and was happy with.
it comes in a cardboard sleve which is a nice touch if giving as a gift.the outer dimensions are 34cm x 26cm which is fairly standard. i thought from the picture that it was deeper than it actually is, which is why i am a little disappointed. if like me you are looking for or expecting a pan with internal holes about the same as most muffin pans be warned. the square holes measure 6cm/2 1/4" each but the dept is only 2.5cm/ 1". less than i would have liked or expected but...

I love this brownie pan, I had looked at the Chef Duff one's in the States but having one shipped over cost more than the pan, so I turned to Amazon. I love the chewy edge and gooey middle of brownies and this pan means I have loads of both, so there is no fight over the corners! You do need to reduce the cooking time, but they are easy to remove from the pan and come out great.
