This is a great little pan - it does the job very well BUT there are some down sides that I hadn't thought about when I bought this :-
a) one tin is not enough as it only makes 12 pops, you would probably need at least 3 for one complete mix
b) you need to be very precise about the amount of mixture you use or you end up with some smaller than others
c) each pop cavity in the bottom pan must be full or you end up with mutant shaped pops !
d) I used a bit of the Wilton cake release spray just to make sure they came out OK as I didn't want to take any chances (it worked)
e) the pan creates a "seam" where the top and bottom tins meet.
Overall, if I was going to make cake pops on a regular basis in any quantity, I am not sure I would buy another of these. I have rated it 4 stars as it really does what it is supposed to do, but there are more cons that pro's for me on this item. I am also going to try the mashed cake and frosting method to see how...
