Very poor description & awful customer service
I ordered this product last month. It came in a jiffy bag and was in perfect condition, as described, and there is nothing wrong with it as an item.
However, those reading this on the Amazon Mobile App will even see that the Product Features page on there still clearly states that it is a set of four. I purchased this whilst out and about, and did so on the Mobile App. The product features page was, naturally, a part of my decision making, as getting four moulds for such a good price would be a superb bargain. The title of the item is a plural (Nest Moulds), whilst the picture clearly shows a set of four.
So imagine my surprise when only a single item turned up. I checked the main amazon site and saw that, indeed, this main page doesn't describe it in the same way that the mobile app does (and in spite of what I write below, as of 21 Feb 2012, the mobile app still claims it is a set of four). At first I was somewhat mollified, if slightly frustrated. But then I...
disappointed
I brought this product believing it to be a nest of four brioche mini pans... I only got one... I find the price to be too high for just one pan..
the way it reads in the title and the picture shown indications you will get a certain number.. so I am disappointed.. On the whole the product looks good
and sturdy.. but one is kind of useless to me. I would have been happy to at least get two if not four that it seems to indicate by pictures...
so for sturdiness and a nice looking cookware that appears to be able to do the job I give a three star but had I know for the price I would only be getting one mould

I bought one mould and received one mould, unlike other reviewers I found the price for one mould perfectly acceptable as I am well aware of the high quality of Silverwood bakeware, I have lot's of it and it is worth every penny, i just needed one moudl to replace one I have mislaid I have 12 in total and use them all of the time, love them. I used the Amazon site on a computer not a mobile and found the description to be perfectly accurate!
