I have only used it twice and now i can not remove the lid, so when it comes to cleaning or filling up i have to do it from the other end!

I do like this product but the only reason why i gave it the three stars was because i can not remove the lid and it took me ages to make a batch of cookies and i was constantly filling it back up as i could only put abit in at a time to get good results.
