I bought a single baking tray,as a trial purchase because they're quite expensive. I have now replaced my all old cookware with items from the Mermaid range. After years of trying new products that won't stick, twist or the coatings come off, I've found the perfect range. I would definately recommend Mermaid to anyone. I just wished I had spent the extra money, that these products are worth, earlier

I use mine for baking all kinds of bread, inclusing loaves, pizzas pittas etc. instead of a baking stone. Baking stones are a waste of electricity and too heavy to move in and out. This is easy to use and fits the width of my oven perfectly. I also use baking paper or bake glide silicon type reusable sheets on top. Works brilliantly. Not cheap but worth every penny.
Buy this and throw away your old baking sheets!
