Although this item arrived promptly and was well packaged, the quality is just awful! The dish was obviously damaged before it was packed. There is a really nasty 4cm x 4cm scrape/gouge on the outside which is so deep it's causing the enamel to flake off both the inside AND outside of the dish. It should NEVER have been dispatched in this condition.

I couldn't contact the seller direct so I called Amazon. The guy I spoke to assured me he had sent an email to the vendor, requesting they contact me. That was three days ago. I've heard NOTHING!
