I purchased this as I am a huge fan of Andrew James products and never been let down BUT I must say the design on this needs to be reviewed. The handle is weak with sharp edges, the lid does not remove very easily as you have to match it in the grooves and as someone with arthritis in my hands it's not ideal. If you try and use the handle as leverage it bends and had I not had weak hands would imagine it to snap off. I did not return the product as I can use it even if the handle was to come off but seriously think the design needs to be reviewed and it is only small compared to what it looks like on the photo. The packaging was excellent and it did arrive promptly, I don't like to leave negative comments but have to be true to the company and to potential customers who may want an honest opinion. This will never stop me from using Andrew James as my first choice when ordering in the future as they have never let me down on all my other purchases in terms of quality, style, packaging...
