I have many silicone bakeware products and do alot of baking. I really do enjoy using them, but sadly this one does not live up to expectations. The cakes do stick, the product was stained after the first use - even after 3 washes. The product is also too flimsy so your cakes will lose their shape. If you want a silicone bake product - they are generally great - but rather spend a bit more and buy something good. This one is a waste of money.
Works fine, arrived quickly
I used one of these on a self-catered holiday, so came back and bought this one.
Despite a few reviews, I've baked a banana cake and coffee cake in this product and it came out fine - didn't stick and came out fine. All silicone products move a bit as they're flexible, there's probabl more expensive ones on the market which are stronger, but this works fine, and is excellent value.
Quick Update - cakes bake fine in this but this type of silicon isn't that suitable for bread - first time baking break in this product yesterday and it caused it to go very wide at the top and didn't rise above the top of the mould - so if bread's your thing probably consider something else.
Flimsy and does not hold shape well
It's non-stick, no problem. Maybe lighter cakes and soufflets would hold well but with heavier dough the sides do not stay straight so you get a bit of an artistic shape at the end
