Great tins!

I found these tins to be of great quality. Although there is no mention of it I think they are made from mild steel and they are non stick coated. The buckle fastening is well made and strong with a nice opening action on these tins compared to some I've used in the past.
You can use this in the oven, freezer and obviously fridge. There is a good amount of clearance around the cake when you release the buckle and open the ring making it easy to lift away leaving your creation on the flat plate! I've used these to make cheesecakes and quiches to great effect. They're quite deep yet not too big so give four large slices.

Handy size
These are great little tins for making a small cake. I bought 2 and use them to make a sandwich cake. I live alone and baking a large cake just makes me eat more! I love them!

Edit: I have used this tin once all was fine. However, I went to use it last week to find it was rusting and the lever to open it was already becoming loose. I am incredibly careful with my things and stored this tin with all my other baking tins. I have never had a problem with spring form tins before, and in comparison, this is rather poor. I can't believe how poor quality it is! Not built to last and like I have said, I have only used it once and stored it well.
