This is a really good sturdy cake tin.
It has a good non stick interior and cleans up easily after use.
Don't go to the expense of buying a cake release spray, I just greased the tin with margarine and lined the bottom of the bigger pan with baking paper and I fashioned a small piece of baking paper to line the tip of the smaller pan to ensure the cake turned out easily.
I was going to purchase a silicone version of this tin but when I considered that I would need to use a 12oz cake mix I decided that this metal version would be more appropriate.
