I have to say that for the price this item is ok. But I wish I had read the reviews properly! This is very basic and has no hight. It stands flat on the work top and isn't that smooth with 'turning'. It works and is great for those with little space and doesnt bake often but if you bake a lot, I would save your money and invest in one with a central pillar, so the cake is lifted off the work surface thus giving you better access. Not for me and wasted my money. Im now gonna have to spend more on a better one anyway!
