Very useful, but workmanship?
I bought this rolling pin mainly so my 5yo daughter could make cookies with me, but also because I myself don't roll doughs out evenly.

This is great for pastry and cookies etc, but not so great when it comes to rolling out large areas of icing. Of course you can always take the thickness adjusters off and use it as a normal rolling pin, but then it kind of defeats the object of buying this special rolling pin in the first place.
