I used Betty Crocker Ready Made Icing tubs and used the little spatula to fill the concertina bottles, the icing came out fantastic and the different tips allowed me to make different designs with ease.
Having three of the concertina bottles was fantastic, I had four different types of icing and I didn't have to wait for one to dry before I could move on, I could just move onto the next flavor.
One downside is the size of the bottles, I had to keep refilling them every six or so cakes, but that is from repetitive use and not a design fault. I'm sure that if you were making smaller batches this is the kit for you.
They washed up easily, I ran hot water into them for a bit and used my finger to wipe the inside of the ridges, and shook them dry.
