Excellent pan, so glad I got it. After lightly greasing the molds, perfectly shaped madeleines slid out with no prodding required. Recipe supplied is excellent (I used lemon rind instead of orange rind: wonderful, no need for additional extract) and a real addition to the kitchen. Note for UK bakers: powdered sugar = icing sugar.
