Its major strength though is the quality and thickness of its non-stick coating - almost nothing adheres to it, and if it does, a wipe with kitchen paper or a scrape with a rubber spatula shifts it with ease.
A pity my new oven isn't made to the same high standard.
Disappointing -warped on first use
Two things I look for in bakeware - one, it is non-stick and two it is heavy gauge and does not warp in the oven. I now have quite a collection of Prestige Bakemaster and their non -stickability is fantastic, all that you ever need is a quick wipe.However on first use of these baking trays yesterday one warped in the oven at 190 degrees and tipped all my half-baked biscuits into a corner. This is not what I expect from Prestige. I wonder if it is faulty.
