So disappointed
My son and I were so excited about making biscuits with this but it was a horrible disappointment. Although our dough was quite dry and pretty firm, it stuck to this cutter making it impossible to remove the shape without destroying it. We tried oil, flour... nothing worked. And the indents to form the pattern cut so deeply that the one biscuit we did successfully remove fell into sections along the indentations. We'll be buying standard metal cutters and decorating them ourselves!

how disappointing! bought this and the robot cutter of same brand for my son's 5th birthday. Luckily I tested them out yesterday. the bit that does the indentations is too low, so you just end up shredding the dough, as when you try to lift it, it either sticks to the cutter, and/or gets stuck in the cutter. Ended up using a knife to cut around the outside, then just lightly pressing the shape to get the indentations. Quite frankly, this is a pretty useless cutter. save yourself the aggravation and disappointment. zero points.

Company not really apologetic but said I could have a full refund if it was too late IF it returned it. fair enough, free post was offered. But a bit of a hassle to go to post office etc especially for a
