I bought eight of these rings as I was looking for something a little smaller in diameter than the standard cooks ring. If you don't want such a tall dish just don't fill them to the top. They are easy to clean and very, very useful.

What can i say, bought these rings as a present for someone who loves cooking and what a let down.... yes they do the job but then again a cut down piece of drain pipe would have done the same. The quality was very bad, rough edges on some of the rings, so worried about tiny bits of metal getting into the food. Two more point would be to check the postage as i was overcharged and the rings are HAND WASH only.
